Recently, I worked as an HRIS Specialist and Data Analyst. My job role is effectively part Data Analyst, part Automation and Workflow specialist for HR systems like HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.

I write BigQuery/SQL code and create Lookerstudio dashboards for any HR-related data reports.

​

On top of that, I also manage the ATS for Talent Acquisition, data management for Sage HRIS (Salesforce) including workflow and automation development and data handling.

I have worn several hats in my last organization. However, I'm mainly focusing and advocating for data-driven processes and data-related projects.

​

I started my career as a recruiter in 2013 and I think it's safe to say that I am also an experienced one. I have worked with staffing/recruiting agencies, start-ups, and fintech companies - in the US and globally.

I have been a Global Technical Recruitment Team Lead & Recruitment Operations Executive for a fintech company. I have worked there for almost 8 years and have transitioned to data-related positions towards the latter part of my tenure.
